-Item(s) are to be unworn & undamaged.
-Item(s) must be exchanged within 15 business days from the date received.
- Shipping fees are not covered for outgoing returns made by customers. Customers will be responsible for outgoing shipping fees. Shipping will only be covered for the item(s) that will be
re-sent to the customer as an exchange.
Shipping
Shipping & Processing: Allow 2-5 for items to be packaged and shipped. Tracking Information will be emailed once the package is shipped. Express Shipping is available.
Local Delivery
At Luxxury Tax, we offer same-day in-person delivery options. In order to receive orders in person, you must contact
(423)616-8110. In-person orders start at $5 and up depending on the location. A deposit of half of the subtotal is due before meeting.
